We find solutions to our client’s needs by listening and engaging but if we don’t possess the exact skill-set in-house, we have developed a number of key partners and established a robust network of associates with a diverse array of talents.

Consultation by arrangement

 

We are flexible in our approach and undertake short, medium or long-term projects. If you have a specific framework in mind or require an ad-hoc approach we consider every opportunity; large or small, complex or simple.

Service 1

Ad-Hoc project-work to research, develop, design and source product collections to meet a specific brief. This would include a consultation meeting to establish and understand the background of the brand or manufacturer; and ultimately provide sourcing options through to production and critical path management.

Service 2

Monthly project work including elements of service “Pack-One” but with a short to long term agreement. This can be from 3 to 6 months or longer given the nature of the product in question. Key tasks include detailed critical path management, pricing and factory negotiation along with category analysis.

Service 3

Sales – everyone needs to take their product to market. Branded or private label. With a wide network of established Retail, Wholesale and E-tail clients we are able to offer a sales management service. Providing a solution to match your requirements we can offer introduction or medium to long term sales solutions.
